- Input your details
- Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How can I cancel my trip or request a refund?
All bookings are non-refundable and may only be rebooked or issued an Open Ticket. Note that Open Tickets shall no longer be rebooked if unused after thirty (30) days period.
Are pets allowed onboad?
Pets are allowed onboard, subject to the following guidelines:
• Small pets are allowed onboard. They must be in a cage, wear animal diapers, be odor-free, and have updated anti-rabies vaccination and a travel permit from a vet clinic.
• Pets are required to pay a fare equivalent to one passenger seat.
